A soccer field is constantly filled with movement, yet most of that kinetic energy simply disappears. This project began with a question: could the movement already happening during a game become a source of usable energy for the stadium itself?

I approached the field as an energy-harvesting infrastructure rather than just a playing surface, using piezoelectric technology to capture repeated pressure from players’ movements. The concept also considers where the system would create the most value, concentrating on high-traffic zones to balance energy generation with the practical cost of installation.
